Shipping Policy

At The Stunt Artists, we don't mass produce our work. Every print, artwork and product is carefully created, inspected and packaged before it leaves the studio. Great art takes time, and we believe it's worth the wait.

Processing Times

Estimated production and shipping times are listed on each individual product page.

As many of our items are made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be produced and dispatched. We always aim to ship your order as soon as it's ready, and many orders are dispatched sooner.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed next-day delivery services.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Delivery times will then depend on the shipping service selected and your destination.

While we take every care to package your order securely, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

If you've entered an incorrect address or need to amend your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at katie@thestuntartists.com. We'll do everything we can to update your order before it is dispatched, but once an order has been shipped we're unable to guarantee that changes can be made.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe after dispatch, please get in touch with us at katie@thestuntartists.com and we'll be happy to investigate with the courier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
